On Friday April 19th WAWT hosted a special gig at Brisbane’s Judith Wright Centre. TAKE THE LEAD featured 18 guest lead singers performing their songs. Every track from Come Up Invisible was played, along with a selection from their self titled debut album. It was an amazing night, thank you to all the participants and audience!

Consume presents more labours of love#2…

After the great night had by all back in May, it’s time for another round with HALFWAY and friends… 

HALFWAY follow their return from Melbourne, where they perform at the NGV for Friday Nights at Monet to play another show at The Zoo – a great room for a great band.

Currently working with Robert Forster, Peter Jespersen and more on their fourth album, rapidly nearing completion… they are keen to present another grand night of live music.

Stepping up to the bar with them this time is SEJA… who has recently released her latest album All Our Wires and will be gracing all with her band in tow.

And back to prop up the stool is BANDITO FOLK… fresh from recording a bunch of tracks with Magoo out at Applewood for an upcoming release.
